The model in brief

• Progressive per-entity pricing — nine tiers, from $2.50 down to $0.70 per entity per month as volume grows.
• $25/month floor for any paid customer.
• Billable unit: the “Licença” — a tracked entity (employee, vehicle, equipment, or property). Company documents (Alvará, NIF, insurance, etc.) are unlimited and do not count against the entity quota.
• All features at every tier — no plan names, no feature gating.
